Jason Dickstein
Jason Dickstein is the instructor for hazardous materials (dangerous goods) training classes offered by the Washington Aviation Group. Mr. Dickstein is a practicing attorney whose practice is focussed on the aviation industry.
Hazmat Experience
Mr. Dickstein has consulted with companies in the United States and Europe on hazmat/dangerous goods compliance. He has represented companies accused of hazmat violations by the DOJ, FAA and RSPA (RSPA is the predecessor organization to PHMSA). He has been involved with the APA Rulemaking Process for hazmat rules. He started teaching hazardous materials transportation safety classes in 2000.

Events have included trade association meetings (AEA, ARSA, ASA, MARPA, NATA, PAMA), Air Carrier Purchasing Conference (ACPC), Conference on Quality in Commercial Aviation (CQCA), DOD Maintenance Symposium, FAA SUPs Training, FAA Safety Seminars, and FAA DER Training.
